P4机器上安装Oracle 的问题

本人在windows xp & windows 2000 server，安装Oracle 8.17 的server版或client版，都出现双击setup.exe后，程序没有任何反应就退出，请教各位是什么原因？？ :

已经说过很多遍了 放精华区 1。把安装文件拷到硬盘 2。find all symcjit.dll 3. 更名之

Oracle9.2在P4+win2003上没有问题，安装不需要改文件。我的机器就是这种配置。

another solution: copy the CD to the disk and edit "oraparam.ini" file. change this line from  "JRE_MEMORY_OPTIONS=-ms64m -mx128m" to "JRE_MEMORY_OPTIONS=-nojit -ms64m -mx128m"

我把文件名改了,也能装上去,但在开始里找不到那个文件,找到安置位置点击,弹出一个对话筐,说什么:the java runtime environment was not found...每次开机是都弹出这个对话筐.这是怎么回事啊?
